A super simple recipe that is perfect for breakfast, brunch or as a healthy dessert in the sunshine. This acai bowl (don’t worry, we can’t pronounce it either…) will take you back to your favourite beachside holiday.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 acai sachet (or a tablespoon of frozen acai)
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1½ tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Nuvia sweetener
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 large ripe frozen banana
- 200-300ml coconut water
METHOD
- 1. In a blender or food processor add the acai sachet, nuts, fruit and all other ingredients.
- 2. Blend until you have a thick delicious smoothie/bowl.
- 3. Garnish the bowl with extra fruit, seeds and nuts.
NOTE
Depending on the size of your banana you may need a little extra coco water.
