INGREDIENTS
- 2 apples, cored and roughly chopped, skin on.
- ¾ cup Nuvia Baking
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp bi carb soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp all spice
- 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 125g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Icing sugar to dust
METHOD
- 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
- 2. Then pour mixture into a bundt tin. Cook for 45-50 minutes.
- 3. Allow to cool completely then dust with icing sugar.
TIPS AND TWEAKS
It is also perfect to make into muffins, just reduce cook time to 20-30 minutes, depending on size.
