INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium avocados
- 500ml coconut cream, frozen cubes
- 4 tablespoons Nuvia Sweetener
- ⅓ cup raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional additions
- Toasted nuts
- Dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 shots espresso
- 1 pinch of sea salt
METHOD
- 1. In a high powered blender, add all ingredients together and blend! For the best result, continue blending for at least a minute to really get it smooth as this will incorporate a little air into the mixture, making it light and delicious. If the blender is struggling, add a dash of water until it blends nicely
- 2. If adding in toppings, using a spoon, swirl through any additions you like.
- 3. The ice cream will be a soft texture a bit like a gelato. If you like it firmer, simply place in the freezer for 30 minutes then enjoy!
