This recipe is a great pantry staple to add to your spice rack, especially for those days when you don’t have time to think and just want to add some flavour to a dish quickly. Sprinkle a pinch on top of a salad, homemade hot chips, tomato sauce or creamy side dip. We use it to add a depth of spice to our Buddha bowl.

- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1.5 tsps. dried mint
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tbsp. rice flour
