- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup collagen protein powder
- 3 tbsp Nuvia Sweetener
- Optional additions
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- Topping options
- Raw cacao powder
- Dessicated coconut
METHOD
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until a dough forms. This is best done with hands. Alternatively this can be done in a blender or food processor. Add a tablespoon of hot water to help it bind. Roll into 16 balls and dust with your favourite toppings, or consume as is. Store in the fridge.
