INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tsp Nuvia Drinking Chocolate
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 2 graham crackers
- 2 tbsp mini sugar free marshmellows
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
METHOD
- 1. Place banana, milk, yoghurt and Nuvia Drinking Chocolate in a food processor or high speed blender.
- 2. Blend on high for 1-2 min until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Pour into a bowl and top with crumbled graham crackers, mini sugar free marshmallows and choc chips.
- 4. For the extra s’mores flavour, toast the marshmallows under an oven grill for 20 seconds.
