INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana, frozen, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tahini, hulled or unhulled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 sachets Nuvia Sweetener
- 250ml almond milk
METHOD
- 1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
TIPS AND TWEAKS
If you’re feeling creative, to make the tahini swirl in the jar, drizzle the empty jar or glass with a touch of tahini and dust with cinnamon before you pour in the smoothie.
